Ren&eacute; Ka&euml;s<sup>1<\/sup> <\/strong><\/h1>\n<h3>Rosa Jaitin<sup>&#61482;<\/sup><\/h3>\n<p>Ren&eacute; Ka&euml;s (1997) d&eacute;finit la crise en termes de grandes fractures, de schismes du monde interne infantile s&rsquo;actualisant par une rupture v&eacute;cue dans le corps, les affects, les liens et les savoirs. Ses d&eacute;terminants sp&eacute;cifiques, ses modes de r&eacute;solution et sa signification sont inh&eacute;rents &agrave; la psych&eacute; du sujet, l&rsquo;homme &eacute;tant essentiellement un &ecirc;tre de crise. L&rsquo;organisation des activit&eacute;s psychiques groupales offre des garants m&eacute;tapsychiques paracritiques et para-excitateurs. L&rsquo;&eacute;branlement de ces garants m&eacute;tasociaux est source de crise et de mal-&ecirc;tre.<\/p>\n<p>Ren&eacute; Ka&euml;s parle de l&rsquo;&ecirc;tre humain comme &ldquo;animal critique&rdquo; aux deux sens du terme; avoir un sens critique et la capacit&eacute; de pouvoir se mettre en crise.<\/p>\n<p>Il traite de l&rsquo;aspect subjectif de la crise quand elle appara&icirc;t comme une rupture dans le cours des choses. C&rsquo;est un v&eacute;cu de la rupture qui met douloureusement en question la continuit&eacute; de soi chez le sujet. Il ajoute que le prototype de toute crise est la crise de la naissance. Cette rupture d&rsquo;avec un milieu pour aller vers un autre demande la mise en place de modes de r&eacute;gulation nouveaux.<\/p>\n<p>Pour Ren&eacute; Ka&euml;s, plusieurs dimensions participent au v&eacute;cu de la crise, dimensions qui constituent chacune un &eacute;l&eacute;ment de la rupture par lequel s&rsquo;exprime subjectivement la menace inh&eacute;rente &agrave; &ldquo;l&rsquo;&eacute;tat de crise&rdquo;.<\/p>\n<h3>Il rep&egrave;re trois dimensions principales<\/h3>\n<p>La consultation conjugale peut nous donner des rep&egrave;res pour comprendre comment ces dimensions se pr&eacute;sentent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;union-s&eacute;paration et la probl&eacute;matique de l&rsquo;espace transitionnel:<\/strong> espace qui fait transition, qui offre un espace de transition entre un &eacute;tat et un autre. Cet espace est celui de la reconnaissance, le v&eacute;cu du sujet, sa repr&eacute;sentation comme n&rsquo;&eacute;tant plus dans une relation avec le partenaire, mais plut&ocirc;t comme &eacute;tant seul et en lien avec seulement lui-m&ecirc;me en tant que quelque chose de s&eacute;par&eacute;. Ici, l&rsquo;intervention de la cat&eacute;gorie de l&rsquo;apr&egrave;s coup est essentielle: le sujet a v&eacute;cu\/travers&eacute; deux &eacute;tapes, deux &eacute;tats: la premi&egrave;re, ant&eacute;rieure, est celle de l&rsquo;union auquelle s&rsquo;est substitu&eacute; un second et nouvel &eacute;tat &agrave; int&eacute;grer, celui &eacute;prouv&eacute; comme ext&eacute;riorit&eacute;, s&eacute;paration et solitude dans l&rsquo;incertitude de reconstituer une nouvelle union. <strong><em>Exemple<\/em>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La consultation conjugale peut &ecirc;tre utilis&eacute;e pour offrir cet espace durant le temps de la crise et permettre le travail de s&eacute;paration de ce que l&rsquo;on quitte; s&eacute;paration de l&rsquo;autre, ou d&rsquo;un mode relationnel ou de l&rsquo;attente envers l&rsquo;autre, support de la projection des attentes insatisfaites envers les parents de l&rsquo;enfance.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Le continu-discontinu et la probl&eacute;matique du cadre:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>le petit d&rsquo;homme est un pr&eacute;matur&eacute;, en &eacute;tat de d&eacute;tresse et requ&eacute;rant l&rsquo;&eacute;tayage suffisamment imparfait de l&rsquo;environnement psychique. La qualit&eacute; de cet environnement maternant fournit la base du sentiment de la permanence, de la s&eacute;curit&eacute; et de la continuit&eacute; de l&rsquo;&ecirc;tre, et constitue ce que Bleger (1966) nome cadre, c&rsquo;est-&agrave;-dire le r&eacute;ceptacle des parts indiff&eacute;renci&eacute;es (psychotiques ou symbiotiques) de la personnalit&eacute;. Son importance, comme celle de l&rsquo;environnement, ne se r&eacute;v&egrave;le que par leur carence (car il est un non-processus), qui est in&eacute;luctable et est indispensable au d&eacute;veloppement, car cette carence met l&rsquo;&ecirc;tre humain en crise. Ren&eacute; Ka&euml;s (1997) pointe le r&ocirc;le du groupe comme m&egrave;re de suppl&eacute;ance pour d&eacute;gager l&rsquo;&eacute;quivalence m&egrave;re-cadre-groupe. Autrement dit, le cadre en situation th&eacute;rapeutique est une reproduction de ce r&eacute;ceptacle.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Exemple:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le cadre de la consultation conjugale peut assurer la continuit&eacute; de soi durant les remaniements relationnels de la relation &agrave; l&rsquo;autre. Dans le meilleur des cas, le cadre social ou familial aurait d&ucirc; assurer cette continuit&eacute; de soi dans la discontinuit&eacute; de la crise, mais pour de nombreux couples, l&rsquo;environnement est d&eacute;faillant, r&eacute;p&eacute;tant, le plus souvent, une d&eacute;faillance de l&rsquo;environnement primaire, c&rsquo;est-&agrave;-dire de la premi&egrave;re relation &agrave; la M&egrave;re dans un environnement qui la contient.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;articulation contenant-contenu (W.R. Bion) et les probl&eacute;matiques du conteneur (R.
